Description: DRAWING FOR YOUTH with Carol Zika (for ages 9-12)
Children love to draw and they do so freely and with great joy. Pre-adolescents reach a point where they want to achieve new levels of realism in their work. To do this, they must learn to "see" with an artist's eye. This course introduces methods to help you reach your goals in a FUN and PRODUCTIVE way! You will be introduced to graphite, charcoal, pastel and colored pencils.
Thursdays, January 21 March 11, 4:30-6pm (8 sessions)
$80-residents/$90-non-residents
